“A Cry for Help: An Assessment of Pre-Hospital Pediatric Pain Assessment, Analgesic Administration, and Barriers to Administration in Rhode Island”

Each year we hold the Brown EM Research Symposium to highlight the work our trainees are doing outside of their normal clinical responsibilities. We invite our Advanced Practice Providers who are in training, medical students, residents, and fellows to submit their work. We always look forward to hearing about their scholarly activities and providing feedback on how they can improve their presentations. This year because of COVID-19 we canceled the research symposium. However, we still want to highlight one of the posters we received. Dr. Hoi See Tsao is a pediatric emergency medicine fellow in Brown Emergency Medicine. Her work focuses on pre-hospital care and analgesia. Please give her poster a look!
