Case of the Month — Ectopic Pregnancy

A 26 year-old with no significant past medical history presents with two days of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. She describes the pain as a 4/10, “crampy” and diffuse, located in the lower abdomen. She is not experiencing any nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dysuria, or increase in urinary frequency or urgency.
